By using polara-ai.com and the services provided by Polara Consulting S.r.l., you accept these terms of service in full.

2. Description of Services

Polara Consulting offers:

• Consulting and audits on AI solutions
• Implementation of AI and automation systems
• Integration of AI agents and digital assistants
• Post-launch support and maintenance

3. Limitation of Liability

Polara Consulting is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Data loss caused by client negligence
• Service interruptions caused by external factors
• Delivery delays outside Polara's control

4. Confidentiality

All business data shared during the project remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

AI solutions developed for the client remain the client's property. Polara Consulting retains rights to the framework code and reusable libraries.

6. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be agreed in the specific contract for each engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law and EU GDPR regulations.
